Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
Contact information that you submit via the online enquiry forms – this is so we can respond to your enquiry and advise on appropriate homes within your budget
Contact information that you submit when purchasing a product - this is so we can contact you about your order and ship it out to you
Online identifiers – this is so we can ensure that our website is giving you the best online experience and for helping us understand how you interact with our website

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:
Rightmove – when you submit an enquiry
Hubspot - when you submit an enquiry via a Hubspot form or landing page
Spike - when you reserve a home for rent
We use the information that you have given us in order to contact you to book in a viewing, send you marketing materials or to proceed with registering you as a tenant.
We also receive personal information indirectly, from Mailchimp when you subscribe to a mailing list. This is used to send you relevant marketing emails.
We may share this information within the team or with third parties such as partner organisations, legal advisors, utilities providers etc. We will only share your information when necessary and in order to deliver services.
When placing online orders via the webstore, we will share your email address with Squarespace, our website hosting provider, so they can send emails to you on our behalf. These emails include order confirmations, receipts and notifications that your order has been shipped.
In some instances, we may be required to share your information with other agencies, such as the police.

How we store your personal information.
Your information is securely stored within the platform which you enquire - either Rightmove, Hubspot, Mailchimp or Spike. These are only accessed by relevant employee via secure log in. Information stored when using the online store is stored within Squarespace.
We keep personal data for period during which the relevant development is live, and whilst the customer is subscribed. We will then dispose your information by deleting all personal identifiers from our records
Personal data is only stored whilst the development is live and relevant, and whilst the customer is subscribed. Once the development is completed or the customer unsubscribes then their data is cleaned.
Where personal data is not accurate – if we are not able to contact them via their email or phone number – then it is removed from our database.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website or app; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access or loss of your data.
