KAMPUS.
A lush garden neighbourhood in the heart of the city, with the best indie food and drinks, canal-side living and secret streets.

WEIR MILL.
Stockport’s newest leisure and cultural destination that celebrates the rich history of the site. As well as new homes, we’re creating new public square and opening up the water front.

GOODS YARD.
A vibrant new urban quarter with homes, work and leisure space in the listed vaulted basement, a hotel and new public square.

FARNWORTH GREEN.
A vibrant new community in Farnworth with apartments, family homes and a community hub. A place to live, shop, work and hang out.

CANNON BREWERY.
A former brewery that’s sat derelict for over 20 years. We’re still working up our plans but it’ll be a game changer for Neepsend and Kelham.

NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME
Bringing forward plans for Midway car park, York Place, and Ryecroft. To feature a mix of new homes; shops, cafes and bars; workspaces; a hotel and new green outdoor hangout spots.

ST GEORGE'S.
A 5-acre site with a Grade II listed church in the centre of Wolverhampton and the subject of our RIBA architectural competition.

EYEWITNESS.
We’re restoring a 19th century cutlery works into loft apartments and townhouses. A piece of Sheffield history and star of Channel 4’s Design Your Dream.

A bold addition to Manchester's skyline with pixel windows, Lancashire red brick and a rooftop village of Dutch houses.

LITTLEWOODS.
One of our most ambitious projects yet. We’re restoring the iconic Littlewoods Building in Liverpool into a world-class film & tv studios.

We’re giving this 70s brutalist building a new lease of life, transforming it into a glorious creative workspace and innovation hub.

This used to be a windowless building, filled to the brim with football pool coupons. We created the award-winning, super energy-efficient Bunker.

Tempest is a brutalist beast and home to a thriving community of creative and tech start-ups, a cafe-bar and rooftop with views for miles.

A canal-side cotton warehouse restored into apart-hotel, restaurant and bar with vaulted ceilings, steel beams and exposed brick.

JENGA HOTEL.
The Jenga-inspired hotel that won awards before it was even built, with a ground floor bar and restaurant and new public square.
