Ferrous will be a new addition to Piccadilly East, which is fast becoming a buzzing neighbourhood with real community spirit.
Our plans are for the patch of land next to our Phoenix and Crusader communities on Chapeltown Street, a stone’s throw from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station.

Our plans feature 107 apartments for rent, in keeping with the design-led approach of our other local developments – spacious, industrial chic interiors with a proper community vibe. There’ll also be a residents’ rooftop garden.
Ferrous will be a hub for the Piccadilly East community with great stuff on the ground floor. We’re planning two café-bars at ground-level to give locals a new place to hang out.
The Cabin will be home to new foodie residencies and one-off events, creating a place on the doorstep to serve summer parties and relaxed Sunday afternoon meet-ups.
We’re creating two green pocket parks, which will be a vast improvement on the current public spaces, with planting and seating areas for people to kick back outdoors.
