A lush garden neighbourhood in the heart of the city, with the best indie food and drinks, canal-side living and secret streets.

Stockport’s newest leisure and cultural destination that celebrates the rich history of the site. As well as new homes, we’re creating new public square and opening up the water front.

CANNON BREWERY.
A former brewery that’s sat derelict for over 20 years. We’re still working up our plans but it’ll be a game changer for Neepsend and Kelham.

The blueprint of a new breed of town living with community of design-led suburban townhouses on a cluster of brownfield sites in Bolton town centre.

EYEWITNESS.
